primary offer / diagnostic

Before we automate anything, we map how your business works.

The AI Operating System Blueprint is a two-week diagnostic and architecture engagement: $2,500, one-time. It maps how your business works, determines where AI belongs, and gives you a prioritized, build-ready systems roadmap that you own outright.

Who the Blueprint is for

Problems it addresses

The method: the Go Serif AI Placement Protocol

Every opportunity in your operation is assessed across six dimensions: Work (how it moves from trigger to outcome), Friction (where time, money, quality, or opportunities are lost), Judgment (which decisions follow rules and which need human accountability), Data (what context is available, trustworthy, and permitted), Risk (what happens when the system is late, wrong, incomplete, or unauthorized), and Value (which measurable result makes it worth building). The protocol determines whether each opportunity calls for assistance, automation, agentic execution, a department system, a connected operating system, or no AI at all. See the protocol in full.

What happens during the two weeks

  1. Kickoff and access. A working session to identify the workflows in scope and the people who run them.
  2. Deep scan. We shadow and trace the real work: every trigger, owner, action, decision, tool, handoff, exception, outcome.
  3. Placement analysis. Each opportunity is scored through the six-dimension protocol and classified across the five levels.
  4. Architecture. Future-state workflow designs, system architecture, and the human approval and escalation matrix.
  5. Readout. A working session walking through the roadmap, the priorities, and the honest recommendation, including anything we advise you not to build.

Exact deliverables

What you own

Everything. The workflow maps, the placement analysis, the architecture, and the roadmap are yours: usable with Go Serif!, your internal team, or any other builder. Ownership is the product; zero vendor lock-in is the policy.

What happens after delivery

Implementation is scoped after the Blueprint recommends the appropriate level; we do not sell a larger system when a smaller one will produce the result. If a build goes ahead, Build + Launch takes the roadmap into a working system. After launch you choose how it runs: full transfer to your team, Managed AI Operations where we run the AI layer day to day, or Operate + Evolve support on a schedule. The Full AI Operating System Partnership covers the whole journey under one roadmap. Ownership stays with you in every path.

Common questions

What if the Blueprint finds that AI is not worth building yet?
Then that is what the Blueprint says. You still receive the full workflow map, the friction analysis, and a prioritized plan for what to fix first, often process or data groundwork that makes a future system viable. We do not recommend a build we cannot justify.
Do we have to implement with Go Serif! afterwards?
No. The Blueprint is designed to stand alone. You own every deliverable and may build with any team. Most clients continue with us because the architecture is already in hand, but nothing in the engagement locks you in.
How much of our team's time does the Blueprint take?
Plan for a kickoff working session, short shadowing or walkthrough sessions with the people who actually run the workflows, and a final readout. Most of the analysis happens on our side; your team's total commitment is typically a few hours across the two weeks.

Where the Blueprint can lead

The roadmap classifies your opportunities across five system levels: AI Copilot Systems, Intelligent Workflow Automation, Agentic Workflow Systems, Department AI Operating Systems, and the Business AI Operating System.
